Host Your own Event

You, your family, friends, neighbours and co-workers have great power to make a difference in the lives of people wanting to break free from the chains of the disease of addiction. Your event can mean the difference between someone getting the help they need to save their life … or not. Please follow the steps in this guide to help make your efforts more enjoyable and impactful. We are grateful and honoured that you are helping Fresh Start in this way and congratulate you on your initiative.

Host Your Own Event

Every year, we are privileged to work with individuals and organizations that come together to raise awareness and funds on behalf of Fresh Start Recovery. We are grateful you have chosen us as your Charity of Choice. Your event will help raise awareness and provide financial support for our organization. Events held by individuals and community partners provide men and their families the treatment and support needed to ensure long term Recovery. Every event held in support of Fresh Start Recovery helps us to provide treatment to individuals- returning them to their children, to their parents and employees to their jobs. Some event options may include, but are certainly not limited to-

Golf Tournaments, Corporate Challenges

Work or individual events & parties such as Paint Parties, Bingos, trivia nights

Challenge Events (i.e. walks, runs, scavenger hunts, fitness/sport challenges)

Auctions or Share of Ticket Sales

Family Events like lemonade stands, yard sales, bake sales

Create a birthday fundraiser on facebook or other social media

Or your own creative and unique fundraising idea
